I'm an ER nurse, and I started Health Journey Shop because building a home gym shouldn't require a spare room or a warehouse's worth of research. I pick a small lineup of equipment I'd use myself between shifts — gear that folds away, stays quiet for the neighbors, and goes easy on your joints. Because if there's one thing nurses know, it's joints.
